An ambassadors for #inclusiveemployment of persons with disabilities- 8.2.23

There's nothing like starting 2023 with the fourth cycle already (who would have believed!!!) of the national training program for supervisors of inclusive enployment of PWD among various organizations in the public and private sectors on behalf of the governmental program Taasuka Shava.

At the last meeting that took place last week, while philosophizing for my pleasure in the closing remarks, I emphasized to the dear participants that in addition to being appointed and responsible for promoting the issue, each one in her own organization, is first and foremost, an ambassador of the missiom. An ambassador not only at the level of the organization, the high-tech company or the local authority, but first of all as a significant and powerful women (and one man:)) in the society in which we live.

An ambassador of a discourse that does not only focus on regulation, organizational goals, or the promotion of #csr , but a discourse of "right and not kindness". A discourse that confidently presents the benefits and advantages beyond "doing good" or the legal obligation. A discourse that sees promoting the integration of people with disabilities as a key point in strengthening Israel's social and economic resilience, where one feeds the other.

A conversation that says in a clear voice - it's not "for them", it's for the future of all of us.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank from the bottom of my heart Tirza Bar Haim from the Headquarters for the Integration of Workers with Disabilities at the Ministry of Economy, and Roni and Vered from the Training Directorate of #equalemploymet for the possibility, partnership, and leading the training  Also, a huge thank you to Ido Yaffe, Director of Employers, to the lecturers and external speakers who dedicated their valuable time To the success of the training, and of course to our new ambassadors for spreading the word!
