Or is the Founder & CEO of Global Ramp and holds a long-term practical experience in accessibility implementation processes both in Israel and globally. Prior to founding Global Ramp, Or served as the Director of Business Development and Global Marketing at Step Hear, and for 6 years served as the Head of the Training Department at Access Israel NGO. During these years, he was in charge of a variety of international operations, and took a key-role in several delegations to different destinations such as Vienna, New York, Riga, Quito, Dublin, Frankfurt, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro and more.

In the domestic level, in recent years Or led significant processes in the matter of accessibility training ,accessibility implementation, and inclusive employment within hundreds of organizations across Israel, both from the private and public sector.

Or is a frequent speaker in the field of Organizational Accessibility Implementation within different conferences and events in Israel and abroad, an IAAP CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies) and holds an MA in Diplomacy Studies from Tel-Aviv University.
