Or Cohen is an organizational accessibility consultant and lecturer specializing in accessibility, assistive technology, workplace accommodations, and trauma-informed management in organizations. He is the Founder and CEO of Global Ramp, a global consultancy dedicated to advancing the inclusion of persons with disabilities in various organizations and at all levels.

He possesses extensive, long-term hands-on experience in leading and implementing comprehensive disability inclusion processes across various organizations in Israel and worldwide, such as: The Ministry of Social Welfare in Chile (Senadis), SNC Duy Uruguay, LNFOD Lesotho, the Statue of Liberty Museum in the US (SOLM), Max Finance, Softtek Mexico, Medtronic, Red Hat, AstraZeneca, Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality, the Israeli Ministry of Labor, Israel Innovation Authority, N.T.A (Israel Light Rail Company), and more.

Or is significantly involved in promoting technological innovation for people with disabilities, including serving as an accompanying advisor to the Israeli TechAbility community under the JDC, The National Insurance Funds, and the Ministry of Economy. In addition, he is advising to several programs and ventures in the field. Or also serves as a senior facilitator for the government program "Equal Employment" and as an advisor to the National Headquarters for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities at the Israeli Ministry of Labor.

As the son of a father with a severe mobility disability, Or has dedicated his life to the inclusion of people with disabilities in society over the past 15 years. He previously served for several years as the Head of the Training Department at Access Israel NGO and as the Global Business Development Manager for Step Hear, a company developing technological solutions for persons with disabilities.

 

Or is an Authorized Service Accessibility Expert on behalf of the Magid Institute at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, certified by the IAAP (International Association of Accessibility Professionals), and holds an M.A. in Diplomatic Studies from Tel Aviv University.
